Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most European countries and the UK. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each product is made especially for you after you place an order. Once your order is ready, it’s carefully packed and handed over to a trusted shipping carrier for delivery.
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel if they contain different products.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Production usually takes 2–5 business days
- Shipping times depend on your location and carrier
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer due to busy periods, customs checks, or carrier delays. If we’re aware of any delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
How will my order be delivered?
In most cases, your order will be delivered directly to your home address.
Depending on your location and the local carrier, delivery may sometimes be made to a nearby pickup point, parcel locker, or local post office instead. This usually happens in regions where home delivery isn’t available or when the carrier considers it more reliable.
Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes cannot be guaranteed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because products are made especially for you, it is not always possible to change or cancel an order once production has started.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible via info@coolclassicalstudios.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@coolclassicalstudios.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
We will arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
What if my order is lost?
If tracking shows that your order was lost during shipping, we’re here to help.
Please contact us at info@coolclassicalstudiso.com within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, including your order number and tracking information. After reviewing the case, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
We ship orders in a way that helps avoid extra fees:
- UK customers receive their orders from within the UK
- EU customers receive their orders from within the EU
This means:
- You won’t have to pay customs charges for deliveries in the UK or EU
- VAT is handled according to local rules and shown at checkout where required
In rare cases, local authorities may apply charges that are outside of our control, but this is uncommon.
