What is your return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email info@coolclassicalstudios.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then receive instructions and the return address.

Important notes:

• Returns must be sent to an address in the Netherlands
• The return address will be provided after you contact us
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
